If you are traveling South from Southport
Head south along Ferry Rd, then Bemuda St. Turn left at the Tree Tops intersection then right at the 1st set of lights (opposite Marymount College). Travel east 100mt along the service road, then right into Leda Drive. 

If you are traveling North from Tweed Heads
Travel north along the M1, take the Reedy Creek exit and head east towards Burleigh. Turn right at the 4th set of lights (opposite Marymount College). Travel east 100mt along the service road, then right into Leda Drive.
